Intro to GROOV3 breaks down the movement, groove, and energy of the format in a supportive, no-pressure environment. Designed for beginners or anyone wanting to build confidence, this class features simplified choreography & extra repetition while still bringing the sweat, vibe, and community GROOV3 is known for.

Come ready to move, release, and have fun — no dance experience required.

Adult Street Dance Choreography Session

“YUKON” – Justin Bieber

Train, perform, and bring choreography to life this summer in our Adult Street Dance Choreography Session.

Over this 6-week program, dancers will learn a full street dance choreography piece to “YUKON” by Justin Bieber. The first four weeks will focus on learning and cleaning choreography, performance quality, musicality, and confidence. The final two weeks will include filmed performance opportunities to capture the piece and celebrate the session together.

Pilates: “Propped Up”

Move, strengthen, and reset in a calm and welcoming atmosphere this summer with Propped Up — a prop-based Pilates session designed to support mindful movement and full-body conditioning.

This 6-week class incorporates a variety of Pilates props including therabands, small exercise balls, magic circles, and more to enhance strength, stability, mobility, and body awareness. Expect a cozy, softly lit environment with plenty of personal space and a grounded, low-pressure vibe.

Perfect for anyone looking to build strength and reconnect with movement in a supportive setting.

A high-energy dance fitness experience where real choreography meets nonstop music, movement, and pure dance joy.

GROOV3 breaks choreography down step-by-step before building it back up to full tempo — creating a welcoming, empowering environment where dancers of all levels can feel confident, sweat hard, and let loose. Expect a full-body workout, follow-along choreography, great music, low lights, and the ultimate dance party vibe.

Whether you’re there for the movement, the energy, the cardio, or the community, GROOV3 is designed to make you feel strong, free, and unstoppable.

FAQS

  • We love helping our clients connect or reconnect with dance. We are proud to say we have options to suit all experience levels. We will meet you where you are at and be your biggest cheerleaders along the way.

  • You will need comfy/ breathable clothing , a water bottle and clean indoor footwear to change into. Outdoor footwear is not permitted in the studio. Pilates classes require a mat. We always send an info email to all new participants with all details needed.

  • We ask that all cell phones ( as well as bags , jackets etc. ) be stored in our entryway cubby area. This helps create a distraction- less environment. We thank you for your cooperation.

  • We use the back entrance for classes. We recommend parking alongside the building and access to the backdoor is easily accessible from there. It is a gray door with our logo.
